Joseph Klarkowski 

Joseph Klarkowski brings 25 years of combined town government experience as a board member, planning commissioner, sanitary district commissioner, technical advisor for smart growth planning, board of review member and weed commissioner. A Professional Land Surveyor, Joe has extensive administrative and technical experience in transportation construction and all aspects of rural land development. Joe's 47 year career in surveying and engineering was closed out with the final 24 years serving as a Construction Program Manager, as a Consultant to The Wisconsin Department of Transportation. He holds an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. He has resided in the Town since 1989 and in Walworth County since 1977.

Barbara Church 

Barb Church joined the Town Board in 2010. Barb, brings a vast array of experiences from education, media and government to her term as Town Supervisor. For nearly 30 years, Barb was a part-time reporter covering municipal government, news and sports. She also worked in two municipal park programs and served on a Waukesha County Drunk Driving Prevention Task Force. She holds a Masters of Education degree from Cardinal Stritch University and is a retired middle school teacher. She currently is a substitute teacher in the East Troy School District. She has lived in the Town of East Troy since 1997.

Michele Reyes

Michele Reyes joined the Town Board in 2021 with a drive to increase transparency, improve services and simplify processes. Michele brings 25+ years of business sourcing and contracting experience to her role as Town Supervisor. This expertise can be applied to the bidding and contracting of goods and services needed in the Town. In addition, Michele has served on numerous volunteer organizations—2 years as village representative on the East Troy library board, 6 years active on the ET elementary PTO including 2 years as VP and 2 years as president, 2 years as secretary for GOAL of ET, 2 years as SC43 soccer club secretary and 4 years as ET Home Run Club secretary. Michele has a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Winona State University.

Michele and her husband Mario moved to the village of East Troy in 1998, looking to start a family in a small and safe community. They moved to their current home in the Town in 2006 with their two sons, who are now adults already!

Chad Wales

Chad Wales joined the board in 2021. Chad along with his wife Carrie and 4 children are lifelong residents of East Troy.  They are strong proponents of our community.  Chad is the head of maintenance at The Heritage in East Troy, serving the residents with compassion.   Chad served our community as a volunteer firefighter for over 13 years and is now an honorary member of the department.  In addition, Chad is currently active with the East Troy Chamber of Commerce, Booth Lake Board and the East Troy Community Center.  Chad volunteers in the community whenever there is a need.  Chad’s passion for the Town and assisting others is his driving force for being a Town Supervisor where he can truly make a difference.  Chad is open minded and eager to help.  Chad firmly believes transparency and open communication in all dealings of the Town is vital for the long-term success of this community.

Bill Wucherer

Bill Wurcherer joined the Town Board in 2022. He emphasized a promise to protect our rural identity and conserve our lakes & natural resources.  Living here with his wife since 1996 and participating in several community organizations & town committees prepared him for the Town Supervisor position.  Retiring in 2018, after a 25-year career as the Director of Health & Social Services for the City of Franklin (Wisconsin) as well as a member of the Walworth County Department of Health and Human Services since 2014, Bill has spent much of his career being community minded. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Theology as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
